Keep the project. Change the AI.

Your private working memory for AI: chats, documents, notes and decisions in one project you can open online or offline.

Continue where you stopped. Choose a supported AI for the next message. Keep the human decision linked to the source behind it.

The three essentials

Your project survives the signal, the model and the chat.

APTAKE is the project you keep when the AI changes: your working memory, your place to continue and your record of what you decided.

01 · Working memory

Keep the project with you.

Chats, documents, notes, sources and decisions stay in your working copy on your device. Read and search saved work with or without internet.

On device · Offline access
02 · Continuity

Continue without starting over.

Open the project where the work stopped. Choose another supported provider or model for the next message without rebuilding the project from zero.

Continue · Your choice of AI
03 · Human decisions

Keep the reason behind the choice.

Save the decision you accepted with its status, source message and source files. Return later and see why it was made.

Decision · Status · Source
OpenAI · Claude · Gemini · Grok · Mistral · Perplexity Only approved context goes to the provider you choose

Sound familiar?

Six problems people hit with AI today.

An AI company builds one product for millions of people. Its roadmap and terms were not written for your supplier review, product launch or engineering project. That is fine for a quick question. It is not enough when months of work and the reasons behind decisions sit inside one chat history.

“My work is spread across three AI apps.”

In APTAKEOne project holds the chats, files, notes and decisions. Choose a supported AI for the next message.

“Every new chat, I explain my project from zero.”

In APTAKETap Continue. The project, its files and its decisions are already there.

“I moved to another AI and left months of history behind.”

In APTAKESwitch AI in the same chat. Your copy of the history stays in APTAKE.

“The model I relied on disappeared from the app.”

In APTAKEYou choose the model with your own key, for as long as the provider offers it.

“I don’t know where my chats are kept, or for how long.”

In APTAKEYour work is stored on your device. Before you send, you see what goes to the AI.

“We decided this weeks ago. Where is it?”

In APTAKEEach decision is saved with its source, its status and its date.

How it works

Three steps, and your work stays in one place.

Step 1

Start a project

Add files, photos, notes and old chats. Everything about one matter stays together.

Step 2

Ask the AI you want

Connect your own key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity or Mistral. Before you send, review what the AI will receive.

Step 3

Keep the decision

Save what you decided, linked to the message it came from. Tomorrow, tap Continue and pick up where you stopped.

One professional project

A supplier decision, from the first file to the accepted choice.

The example uses fictional data for a prototype wing bracket. The same flow works for a product launch, technical review, care coordination or legal case preparation.

01

Keep one job in one project

Chats, quotations, certificates, notes and decisions about one job stay together.

Example“Prototype Wing Bracket” contains two supplier quotations, the material specification and the inspection certificate.

02

Pick up where you stopped

Continue opens the working chat or the open item you saved, not simply the last screen you happened to view.

ExampleContinue returns to “Confirm inspection shipping cost”.

03

Keep the current state visible

Record what is done, what is open and what could still change.

Example“Specification confirmed. Quote B excludes inspection shipping. Purchase order not issued.”

04

Save the exact decision

Select the accepted wording and save it as a decision with its date and status.

Example“Approve Supplier B for the prototype batch after shipping confirmation.”

05

Open the reason later

My Decisions keeps the project, working chat, source message and source files attached to the choice.

ExampleSearch “Supplier B”, open the quotation and see why the lower-risk offer was selected.

06

Change the decision without erasing history

A replacement can become current while the older version remains marked as superseded.

ExampleThe order quantity changes after a new prototype requirement. Both versions remain visible.

07

Keep private material out

Items marked Private are left out of AI requests. You choose what the AI may use.

ExampleAn internal cost ceiling stays Private while the AI receives the public quotations and material certificate.

08

Inspect the outgoing context

Before sending, review the exact messages, files, notes and saved information the selected AI may use.

Example“AI will receive: your message · 2 quotations · 1 certificate. 1 Private note stays out.”

09

Change AI inside the same chat

Choose another supported provider or model for the next message. Each answer keeps its provider and model identity.

ExampleClaude compares the offers. OpenAI then checks what the first review missed.

10

Search across the project

Find a term across projects, chats, notes, file names, readable file text, memory and decisions.

ExampleSearch “inspection” to find the quotation clause, open question and accepted decision.

11

Keep working without a connection

Read and search saved projects, files, notes, decisions and earlier answers when neither the network nor a cloud AI is available.

ExampleOn a shop floor with no signal, review the specification and prepare the next question for later.

12

Bring an earlier conversation in

Import HTML, Markdown, text, RTF or a text-based PDF, inspect it, and choose the project. Imported material starts Private.

ExampleAn earlier supplier comparison becomes part of the project instead of remaining in a provider account.

13

Take the record with you

Export readable formats, create an APTAKE chat package or save a full backup. API keys stay out of exports.

ExampleShare a PDF with the team and keep the portable project record under your control.

Illustrative project data only. APTAKE is in beta; some features are still being tested.

What you get

Specific things APTAKE does today.

Lives on your device

APTAKE has no servers of its own. Your projects are stored in the app on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.

Opens without signal

Projects, files, notes, decisions and past answers open offline. New AI answers need a connection.

A portable APTAKE chat

APTAKE creates a .trkchat file for you. It carries messages, included files, source metadata, readable views and integrity checks.

Your choice of supported AI

OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity or Mistral. You pay the provider directly for what you use.

Switch AI mid-chat

Move from Claude to OpenAI in the same chat and review what the new AI will get.

You decide what the AI sees

Notes, files and saved items start Private. Private items are not included in what is sent.

Decisions keep their source

Each decision links to the message and files it came from. Weeks later, you still know why.

Bring an earlier conversation in

Import HTML, Markdown, text, RTF or a text-based PDF. Preview first. Imported material starts Private, and you choose what an AI may use.

Export, back up, lock

Export PDF, HTML, Markdown, text, Word-compatible RTF or .trkchat. Save a backup and lock the app with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode.

The full list, in plain words.

Organize

  • Projects that keep chats, files, notes and decisions together
  • A project page: what you decided, what needs attention, what the AI may use
  • Memory: saved facts the AI may use, only the ones you allow
  • Pin, archive, move between projects, restore from Trash

Pick up where you stopped

  • Continue opens where you stopped: the open question, task or decision you saved last
  • Open questions, risks and next steps stay with the project

AI

  • OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Mistral and Perplexity, each with your own key
  • Switch provider or model in the same chat
  • Every answer shows which provider and model gave it
  • Web for each chat: off, or search with sources
  • Pictures through OpenAI, simple diagrams through the AI you chose
  • Answers in the language you pick

Privacy and safety

  • Private messages and files are not included in what is sent to the AI
  • Before you send, a list of what the AI will receive
  • Face ID, Touch ID or passcode lock
  • Notes, files and saved items start Private until you allow the AI to use them
  • API keys are kept in the Apple Keychain and are left out of APTAKE backups and exports

Find

  • One search across projects, chats, notes, file names, text inside files, memory and decisions

Files in and out

  • Add documents, photos, audio, video and spreadsheets
  • Text is read from PDF, Word, HTML, Markdown, text and CSV files
  • Export chats as PDF, HTML, Markdown, text, Word-compatible RTF or a .trkchat package created by APTAKE
  • One backup file you can save to Files or iCloud Drive

Input and look

  • Dictate instead of typing
  • Add photos from the camera or your library
  • Standard and Paper appearances, Light / Dark / System, accent choices and adjustable size
  • Translation work in 18 languages; release quality is still being verified

Continuity

Your memory stays yours. Your AI can change.

Use the AI that fits the task. Your project stays the fixed center, and every supported AI works around it. Available models depend on the provider’s API and your key; APTAKE can refresh the catalogue and does not silently replace your saved model.

  1. Your work is kept on your device, not inside an AI company’s account.
  2. Every answer shows which AI and which model gave it.
  3. Saved memory belongs to its project and moves to another only when you copy it.
  4. You choose what each AI may see, item by item.
  5. Switch AI in the same chat. What you marked Private stays Private.
  6. Before anything is sent, you see the list.

The value of offline

Your work does not disappear when the signal—or the AI—does.

Offline is not merely a cached page. Your saved projects, files, notes, decisions and earlier answers remain readable and searchable. You can review the evidence, update your notes and prepare the next step. When a connection returns, choose the AI for the next request.

Center

Your project

Chats, files, notes and decisions stay connected.

Works with

Keep the apps you already use.

APTAKE does not ask you to give up Notion, Obsidian or Apple Notes. Today it connects through files and the Share menu. Sending in one tap is planned, and this page will say when it is ready.

Obsidian

Works today
  1. In APTAKE, export a chat as Markdown.
  2. Save it into your Obsidian vault folder in Files.
  3. It opens in Obsidian as a normal note.

Or share one answer to Obsidian from the Share menu.

Planned: Send to Obsidian in one tap.

Notion

Works today
  1. In APTAKE, export a chat as Markdown or HTML and save it to iCloud Drive.
  2. In Notion on a computer or the web, choose Import and pick the file.
  3. It becomes a Notion page.

Planned: send to Notion directly from APTAKE.

Apple Notes, Mail, Messages

Works today
  1. Open the Share menu on any answer.
  2. Pick the app.

Word, Pages, cloud drives

Works today
  1. Export as RTF, which opens in Word and Pages, or as PDF.
  2. Save it to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox through Files.

From another AI

Available by file
  1. Save or copy a conversation as HTML, Markdown, text, RTF or a text-based PDF.
  2. Preview it, choose a project and check the speaker breaks. Imported material starts Private.

Planned: import complete ChatGPT and Claude account export files.

APTAKE Chat (.trkchat)

Works today
  1. Open a chat → Export → APTAKE Chat (.trkchat).
  2. APTAKE creates the package automatically; you never type the format into a chat.
  3. Import it later to restore the portable chat, included files and source information.

Works today = in the current build. Planned = not built yet.

Security

Your projects stay on your device.

APTAKE does not store your project on APTAKE servers. Your working copy stays on your device. When you use a cloud AI, APTAKE sends the content you approved to that provider, and the provider’s own API policy applies.

This page: external requests 0analytics nonecookies none

No account

You do not sign up. There is no APTAKE account, password or profile.

No tracking

The app has no analytics, ads or tracking code. Your usage is not sent to us.

Stored on your device

Projects, chats, notes, files and decisions are saved inside the app on your iPhone, iPad or Mac.

Protected by your device

APTAKE uses the protection provided by iPhone and iPad. On Mac, turn on FileVault for full-disk protection.

Each key goes to its own provider

Your AI provider keys are kept in the Apple Keychain on this device. A key is sent to its own provider to authorize your requests. It is not sent to us, and it is left out of APTAKE backups and exports.

Cloud requests use HTTPS

Cloud requests go from your device to the provider you chose. A plain-HTTP Local AI connection on a private network is shown with a warning.

Lock the app

Turn on a lock with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.

Private stays out

Items you mark Private are not included in what is sent to any AI.

Where our part ends. Once you send something, the provider’s policy applies to it. A backup you save to iCloud Drive, and your iPhone’s own iCloud backup, which includes the app’s data, are protected by your Apple Account; Advanced Data Protection encrypts both end to end. On Mac, turn on FileVault. Found a security problem? Write to hello@enverown.com with “Security” in the subject.

  1. Open Context Inspector.
  2. Review the exact messages, files and notes.
  3. Send only after the list is right.
Step 5

Save the human decision

  1. Select the accepted wording.
  2. Save it as a decision.
  3. Keep its status, source message and source files.
Step 6

Export or back up the project

  1. Choose a readable format or .trkchat.
  2. Save a full backup when needed.
  3. Keep working with the saved project offline.

Use cases

Professional work, with the context and the decision kept together.

The AI may compare, summarize or challenge. The responsible person still makes the decision and keeps the source.

Supplier decision

Choose the lower-risk source

Quotations + material certificate + delivery risks → compare with one AI → challenge with another → approve the supplier and retain the evidence.

Project manager

Launch a product

Launch plan + meeting notes + budget + open risks → compare options → decide whether the beta moves by one week.

Technical review

Keep the test decision traceable

Requirements + test log + failure report → review edge cases → human decision: repeat the thermal test after calibration.

Care coordination

Keep appointments and follow-up together

Medication notes + appointment + laboratory date + open question → clinician confirms the next action. APTAKE does not diagnose or prescribe.

Legal case preparation

Connect the choice to the document

Filings + evidence + working notes → organize the open questions → the responsible attorney makes and records the decision.

Anywhere

No signal. Still your work.

On a plane, a trail or a job site, saved projects, sources, notes, earlier answers and decisions remain usable without internet.

APTAKE organizes work and sources. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide legal advice.

Pricing

One purchase. No subscription.

Try everything first. Then unlock APTAKE once. Your AI usage is billed by the provider you choose, on your own key, so you do not pay us for tokens. A ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro plan does not cover this: OpenAI and Anthropic bill API use separately from their chat plans.

FAQ

Straight answers.

What is an API key, and why do I need one?

It is a key from your own account with an AI provider such as OpenAI or Anthropic. APTAKE uses it to send your requests to that provider. You pay the provider directly for what you use. APTAKE does not resell AI.

Do you see my projects or chats?

Not through the app. APTAKE has no account and no server of ours, so the app does not send your projects to us. When you send a request, the provider you chose receives your message and the items you selected, and that provider’s policy applies.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes, by your device. On iPhone and iPad, Apple’s Data Protection encrypts the app’s files, and your provider keys are kept in the Keychain and sent to their own provider. On Mac, turn on FileVault for the same protection.

Does it work with Notion or Obsidian?

Yes, through files today. Export a chat as Markdown, or as HTML for Notion, and open it there. Sending in one tap is planned.

Which devices and languages?

iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later, and Macs with Apple silicon. Translation work covers 18 languages, including Ukrainian, Chinese and Arabic; release quality is still being checked language by language. Windows and Android are not available yet.

What works without internet?

Your projects, chats, files, notes, decisions and earlier AI answers open and can be searched offline. New AI answers, web search and image generation need a connection.

Can I take my work with me?

Yes. Export a readable copy as PDF, HTML, Markdown, text or Word-compatible RTF. For a full portable chat, export a .trkchat file. You can also save a project backup to Files or iCloud Drive. API keys are left out of these files.

What is a .trkchat file?

It is APTAKE’s full portable chat file. Open a chat and choose its full portable export option. APTAKE creates one ZIP-based file containing the messages, readable HTML and Markdown copies, source references, included files and checksums. Another APTAKE installation can inspect it before importing. API keys are left out of exports.

Which AI can I use?

OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), Mistral and Perplexity, each with your own key. You can switch between supported providers in the same chat. The exact models you see depend on the provider, your API account, region and key; a catalogue refresh is needed before a newly released model appears.

Does Local AI run inside APTAKE?

APTAKE does not include a bundled AI model today. Local AI is being tested with separate software such as Ollama or LM Studio. On Mac, that software can run on the same computer. On iPhone or iPad, it normally runs on a Mac or PC on the same private network. Guided installation and models that run directly on your device are planned.

Is it a subscription?

No. The plan for launch is a free trial, then a one-time purchase. The price will be announced before launch.

Does my ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro plan cover APTAKE?

No. APTAKE uses an API key, and API use is billed by the provider separately from its chat plans such as ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro. You add a payment method in the provider’s API account and pay for what you use.

What doesn’t it do yet?

There is no direct Word (.docx) export yet; RTF opens in Word and Pages. Backup is a file you save yourself; there is no automatic sync between devices. Tables are text or Markdown; there is no spreadsheet editor. Local AI is still being tested, and APTAKE does not include a bundled model. Windows and Android are not available.

About

Made by EnverOwn.

We make tools that keep people’s work in their own hands. APTAKE is the first one: a place where a project outlives any single AI.

Your work, not the model’s.

The AI is a guest in your project. It receives only what you choose to make visible to it.

Plain words, real limits.

We describe what the app does today, and say when something isn’t finished.

Pay for the app once.

AI usage goes to the provider you choose, on your own key. We don’t resell AI.

Easy to check.

Every answer shows who gave it. Every decision shows where it came from.
